An investment in the well-being of your nonprofit employees can support the long-term health and success of your organization. Join Nonprofit Support Network and workplace wellness professional, Nathan Taylor, for a discussion about nonprofit wellness and engagement for Nonprofit Wellness: From Burnout to Well Being to Engagement. This is the third session in Nonprofit Essentials.

Nonprofit Wellness: From Burnout to Well Being to Engagement: This session will discuss the fundamentals of individual and organizational wellbeing and how the opposite of employee burnout is employee engagement. Participants will learn about various practices that foster engagement and given tools to self-evaluate and reflect on their own well-being habits.

About the facilitator: Nathan Taylor spent 12 years building and implementing employee well being solutions in a non-profit setting. That journey allowed him to realize that employee well-being is the result of intentionally and strategically developing and growing yourself and your team to be the best they can be! Currently he works as a population health strategist for Vital Incite and during the spring semester he teaches a class on wellness coaching to undergraduate students at Ball State. Nonprofit Essentials: A series of learning sessions designed to strengthen operations and management of nonprofit organizations and enhance the development of the individuals who serve them. This program will raise awareness across key topics in nonprofit management, develop key nonprofit skills, and allow participants to learn together with open discussions.
