This session aims to empower organizations to recognize the significance of a robust brand and learn practical strategies for building one through resource optimization. In this interactive session, participants will comprehensively understand marketing and branding essentials tailored specifically to the nonprofit sector.

About the Facilitator:

Hollin Hart is a marketing leader focused on bridging content, identifying visuals, and developing strategies to build brands into the future. As a Senior Marketing Project Manager at Cummins Inc, a global power solutions company.

She strives to meet the needs of stakeholders with well-thought through solutions and a positive mindset. She’s played an active role in many programs which helps further market Cummins as the product of choice.

Hollin holds a mix of sales, marketing, and project management skills within a variety of industries. With a niche of furthering brands through strategic development and innovative product offerings and sales tactics.

With her life motto inspired by the words of Gandhi “Be the change you want to see in the world”, it is no surprise that she is also heavily involved in the community. She is a board member of Girl Scouts of Central Indiana, member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, member of the 2024 All-Start Marketing Committee, and actively involved in her church.

She believes she’s only begun to see her potential with the work she’s been doing in and outside of Cummins. Her goal is to become Cummins’ first Chief Engagement Officer and she’s up for the challenge.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, anything related to fitness and wellness, and traveling with her husband Tony and their two kids.
