Tania Said from Tania Said Consulting will lead a discussion about board service and how to be a good board member for the organizations you serve. Board members will explore their "why" to improve leadership, resources, and performance through a series of prompting questions and discussion.

This peer group is designed to provide a space for board leaders serving nonprofits in Muncie/Delaware County to connect and learn with other board leaders. Each session will have a facilitated discussion around a topic relevant to board service, leadership development, and nonprofit administration.
